"His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."

In The Legacy & Leadership Collective, student progress is assessed through a variety of meaningful, real-world measures rather than high-pressure standardized tests. Progress naturally happens in the work they produce. We see growth over time—how long a concept takes to grasp, how consistently skills are practiced, and how understanding deepens with repetition and application.
Assessment of progress includes completed tasks, projects, discussions, presentations, portfolios, and observation of effort and engagement. We can also track patterns such as how something that once required significant time and support gradually becomes natural, confident, and independent. This holistic approach allows us to see true learning—measuring progress, mastery, and readiness—while honoring each child’s unique pace and developmental journey.
